En la provincia ocho restaurantes firmaron su compromiso.<\/strong><\/em><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio de Turismo y Deportes avanza en la implementaci\u00f3n del Programa de Fortalecimiento \u201cRestaurantes Camino a Slow Food km 0\u201d cuyo objetivo es recuperar, valorizar y promover la gastronom\u00eda local basada en el producto local, la calidad alimentaria y la diversidad cultural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa que ha interesado a restaurantes de Capital y del interior, ya registra 8 compromisos firmados y 13 manifestaron su inter\u00e9s y se trabaja para que se sumen al Programa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los interesados pueden solicitar informes en la Direcci\u00f3n General de Productos Tur\u00edsticos, tel\u00e9fono 387 4310950 interno 108 o&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/productos@turismosalta.gov.ar%20\/\">http:\/\/productos@turismosalta.gov.ar&nbsp;<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las inscripciones se realizan en:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este Programa fue desarrollado por el Ministerio junto al sector empresario y a la Red de Organizaciones Slow Food en Argentina (ROSFA).
